Returns & Exchanges

At The Class, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, include any accessories or manuals, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
